Gear Pumps & Motors Test Stand

The test bench performs production tests on single-stage cast iron or aluminum external gear pumps and motors from group 2 to group 4.

It is equipped with two asynchronous stations completely independent  able to work simultaneously.

The main tests performed are:

• CW pump/motor running-in and testing
• CCW pump/motor running-in and testing
• Running-in and testing of reversible pump/motor (with automatic inversion)
• Pump flushing
• Starting torque test
• Calibration and check of pump/motor valves
• Check sensors on the pump
• Check Pressure Ripple test

The test bench is equipped with a drive system that allows energy recovery of up to 60-70% when testing engines
