Proportional Cartridge Valves Test Stand

The test bench is designed to perform end-of-line testing on proportional directional cartridge valves, including:

• Flow vs Current characterization
• Hysteresis check
• Pressure drop
• Response time

The bench is equipped with two synchronous test stations, allowing the operator to set up one station while the other is undergoing testing, thus ensuring masked-time operation.

The machine is also equipped with an automatic pneumatic system for clamping the valve under test and with staking units, which allow the preset calibration to be locked at the end of the test by mechanical deformation of the thread crests.
